General Informations:

Dear visitor, we are all always at your disposal for anything you may need, if there is anything out of order or if you have any desire or request please contact reception or call the phone number No. 9 . Will try to satisfy you as far as possible .

The entrance door is open from 7:00 am to 24:00 approx. Before you leave if you plan to be back late ask at the reception the nightdoor entry-card.

Please always close the door of your room and hang the key at the hook at the  key-box near the office, make sure you put it at the right place.

Our ski storage room is located in the basement (-1 ) Skis - Snowboards and boots should be placed in the appropriate spaces , in the morning you will find the boots dry and heated .

Garage:

For 7.00 Euro per day you can put your car in the garage. There it will be safe, dry and most of all warm, please notice that here in the mountains the temperatures drop quite a lot below zero and the diesel-fuel that is distributed at lower places freezes in just one night .

Withdraw the garage card to  office. With that card , you can then easily access from the garage to the hotel and vice versa.

Departure: On the day of your departure the room has to be freed before 10:00 am
